Angel Cakes

Angel Cakes is a San Francisco Bay Area based cupcake caterer serving San Francisco, Oakland, Berkeley, and neighboring areas. We create custom, gourmet cupcakes for every event from office parties to weddings – or just for sharing with friends. Many of our flavors are based on local, seasonal ingredients like fruit, herbs, or spices.  Our signature style – simple and classic – relies on fresh ingredients and garnishes. We’re here to create the perfect flavor and design combination for your event!

Baker Jen Angel created Angel Cakes in 2008, after years of baking and designing cupcakes and cakes for friends and family. Jen learned practically everything she knows from her mom, Pat, not the least of which is a love of good food. For Jen, desserts are a creative outlet because although taste is of the utmost importance, design is a close second.  She writes the Angel Cakes blog, and you can learn more about Jen by reading her personal blog or following her on Twitter. Her favorite flavor combination is chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream, always a classic.
