Mixed Fruit Yumminess
I love fresh fruit, and am always happy when someone requests a flavor that allows me to use seasonal ingredients.
So, these yummy cupcakes have a mixed fruit cake (blueberry and raspberry), vanilla frosting, and fresh fruit topping (blueberry, blackberry, and pineapple). They were fun to make. I thought that the fruit in the cake made it taste a bit more like a muffin, but Robin, who is lucky recipient of many of my cupcakes, declared these to be his favorite flavor yet, just because of the muffin-ness.
I’m traveling for a few weeks so there probably won’t be many updates for a while, but I do know that there are some birthday cakes and a wedding cake coming up soon!
