Lemon Cupcakes Two Ways

This morning I made vegan lemon-flavored cupcakes, and topped them with a vegan lemon frosting or a (non-vegan) cream cheese frosting. They were delightful – the lemon cake/lemon frosting combination tasted like lemonade to me – a delicate, sweet flavor.
