Angel Cakes

This is my first children’s birthday cake! Pictured above is the birthday girl, Ingrid (affectionately known as Bingrid or Bingy), and her cute animal-themed cake. I’m quite pleased with how it turned out!

The cake is devil’s food, with a chocolate ganache filling between the layers, and decorated with buttercream. Click here for a better view of the cake.
